The efficiency is located in Historic Olde Town is charming and convenient, within walking distance to downtown, the river walk, and close to neighboring cities like North Augusta and Aiken is a fantastic advantage. Close proximity to Fort Eisenhower, Augusta National, and medical district, the location is convenient for various activities and amenities. It's a wonderful place to stay with a perfect blend of historical charm, modern amenities, and exciting events such as the Ironman Competition

Crisp and cozy, modern studio apartment with private entrance, and access to park-like backyard, located right in the center of the Columbia, Irmo and Ballentine areas of SC. Quiet and tidy neighborhood, with free off-street parking for up to two vehicles. Just minutes from Lake Murray, Saluda Shoals Park and River, shopping and restaurants, approximatly 15-20 minutes from down town Columbia, the Vista, U of SC & CIU campuses, Williams-Brice Stadium, and about 20-25 minutes from Fort Jackson.

Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. This cute one-bedroom bungalow is fully self-contained. Though it is attached to the main house, it has its own private entrance and porch, complete kitchen, and full-size washer/dryer. It is conveniently located in a quiet, southside neighborhood: less than a mile from Lake Mayer park, about 10 minutes from Sandfly & Skidaway, 15 minutes from downtown and River Street, and only 30 minutes to Tybee beaches. There is covered parking at the back and a beautiful live oak tree in the front.

Starlander Ltd.: The XL Suite, w/ private bath

The Starlander suites are within a 1920s townhouse that's part home (mine), part guest house, part art gallery, and a little bit library (I have a few books). I've travelled to over 70 countries, and my favorite stays were not in hotels, but in small guest houses and hostels with private rooms available. I liked the home-grown character of these places, and the chance to interact with the hosts and other guests. I hope to give others a similar opportunity in Savannah at the Starlander.

Savvy Marsh Private King Suite

OTC-022724 1 King bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Private entrance and HVAC controls. Living room with TV and kitchenette. Kitchenette has microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. you have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest suites. There is another guest unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises from the nextdoor unit. If you are very sensitive to noise I would not recommend booking this.
