While located in a country setting, you are still close to Downtown Savanna, Mississippi River, & Palisades State Park. This is a perfect retreat for a blend of tranquility and rustic charm.

Comfy couches, King sized bed, oversized tub everything you need to enhance your comfort while you stay with us at Green Room. This building is 21+ years old.

The house is one level with a detached 2 car garage. Accessible through the alleyway behind the house. Alongside is a paved parking space. The home is clean and comfortable with window darkening blinds throughout. Central heating and air conditioning to keep the house comfortable. You'll never run out of hot water because it uses a Richmond hot water system. There are also 4 ceiling fans throughout. And multiple charging docks are provided for your phones, tablets, computers, etc.

This 2-bedroom, 1-bath main floor, completely private unit offers contemporary comfort within a historic, 120 year old gem. Located less than a block from downtown Savanna's Main St. -- and the mighty Mississippi River within eyesight -- restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment are just steps away. We are just a quick driving distance from Bellevue and Sabula, IA in which both have boating access, restaurants, and taverns. Yes, boats are welcome!
