Central apartment (great location). All furnished (new). With TV, WI-FI, BALCONY, GAS SHOWER, MICROWAVE, INDUCTION STOVE WITH PANS, FULL KITCHEN WITH DISHES, AIR CONDITIONING IN THE LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM. BARBECUE AVAILABLE (but does not have a grill and skewers for barbecue.) With a very comfortable balcony. One bedroom available with a double bed, and a comfortable sofa that is available for sleeping.
