The Family Casita Santa Fe/ Pojoaque
The Family Casita is the guest wing to a family home with a private separate entrance. This is a large elegant adobe with thick walls that keep it cool in the summer and provide old world charm. A very spacious 900 square foot studio space, it has two original fireplaces, one in the eat-in kitchen, and one in the main room. There is a beautiful hand painted king sized bed and a Euro Lounger (that converts to a double bed), separated by a privacy wall. Dogs welcome. Sorry can't accept cats.

Southside Retreat
Quiet suite on the southside of Santa Fe designed for relaxation. Located in Southside near 599 & 20 minutes away from the Plaza. Main room is studio style with small living area, Queen sized bed and eating/work area. Kitchen area with everything a coffee or tea lover wants—microwave, water kettle, drip coffee maker, air fryer, and small fridge with a freezer. Walk in shower & natural light in bathroom. The suite is part of our house with a shared wall, but has its own entrance & patio.

Can walk to local coffee shop and other restaurants. Santa Fe permit #STR228379 *Note: the only complaints we get are usually older people, who have hotel like expectations. Please be open to unique spaces, know yourself & if u need a hotel. There is a heavy iron gate that needs to be rolled open/closed. Peace. :-)

Expect miraculous sunsets over Sandia peak every night, the occasional coyote howl, and the endless stars of the high desert sky. The Master suite has been decorated with incredible attention and detail. A private entrance, and no access to the rest of the house, your suite is completely secluded.

Slightly cooler for the altitude, our place is a respite from the heat but only 10 to 30 minutes from everything in the city. Conveniently located near trails, the tram, and the balloon fiesta. I do accept pets, regardless of what it might say elsewhere in this listing. There is a $12 per pet fee per night to be left in cash on departure.
