Very quiet village house

Very quiet and comfortable house, located in the old town of Flaçà. It has been recently built following sustainability criteria. It is very well insulated, cool in summer and warm in winter. It is very quiet and has all the necessary equipment to spend a few days with family or friends. Its location is ideal for exploring the Empordà, Gironès, Pla de l'Estany, the Pyrenees, etc. The house has two floors, only the ground floor is rented.

The exterior of the house features a two-story design with a warm beige facade and a tiled roof. A spacious terrace with railings is visible on the upper level, while the lower level includes a wooden garage door and a welcoming entrance. Surrounding the property, a well-maintained garden area can be seen.
