You'll be on the 1st floor of the house, which features a 40 m² kitchen, a 50 m² living room with a fireplace, and a 60 m² terrace surrounded by lush greenery. There's also a table that seats 14, and 3 en-suite bedrooms with premium mattresses and new bed linen. Tranquillity, space and comfort near the Costa Brava, Monells, Pals, etc.

It is very quiet and has all the necessary equipment to spend a few days with family or friends. Its location is ideal for getting to know the surroundings of the Empordà, Gironès, Pla de l'Estany, the Pyrenees, etc. The house has two floors, only the ground floor is rented.
