The patio house

the patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not miss anything. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of guests.

Very quiet and comfortable house, located in the old town of Flaçà. It has been recently built following sustainability criteria. It is very well insulated, cool in summer and warm in winter. It is very quiet and has all the necessary equipment to spend a few days with family or friends. Its location is ideal for exploring the Empordà, Gironès, Pla de l'Estany, the Pyrenees, etc. The house has two floors, only the ground floor is rented.

Mascaros Studio One in medieval village Ullastret

Fully equipped studio with private entrance. Double bed. Shower/toilet. Kitchen with fridge, sink and hob. Access is via stairs. The studio is a part of a big Masia located in the village of Ullastret. A great starting point for walks and cycling rides to explore the nearby villages. There are restaurants, beaches and golf courses in the vicinity. Car recommended. Tourist tax is included. Extra fee for charging electric cars.
