* Nice space attached to the apartment, easy to photograph every corner, including kitchen space for cooking and dining. Convenient transportation location, 5 mins walk to Ximen MRT Station. We welcome all guests who love our house and are able to fully comply with the house. We set a security deposit to prevent people who do not follow the house rules intentionally (mainly indoor smoking). If you can respect the rules, you will not have to worry about any fees. We welcome all the visitors who respect the house rules. The reason we set up the guarantee deposit is for avoiding few visitors who don't respect the rules, ex. smoking in the apartment. Don't worry about incurring the fee if you don't break the apartment rules.
