On the 7th floor by elevator of a quiet and rationalist style building, is this comfortable and super bright apartment of 70 m2 for 4 people. It has two bedrooms, the master bedroom with access to the balcony, has a queen size bed, a large closet, HD 42 "TV with cable, Netflix, and A / C cold heat. The second bedroom has two single beds, a closet and A / C cold heat. The living room has an armchair, a large window, a table for 4 people that can extend up to 6 pers, a sound system (eiffel) and a cold A / C. The washing machine and standing iron with steam are located in a room for services within the department. The kitchen with access to the balcony is fully equipped with microwave, oven, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, electric kettle, kitchenware, dishes and cooking utensils. Casa Bolívar. Art&Design and in HistoricCenter

This is a beautiful apartment in a 1910 three-story building. It keeps its original masonry and marble stairs as well as its original facade. There is only one apartment per floor. The Old San Telmo Market is right across the street. Have your first breakfast at Nica, a cute café situated on the ground floor of the building. This one is on me! My treat! To keep in mind: the neighbors is very friendly but it is not quiet; the nights tend to be vibrant and busy.
