Es un apartamento muy cómodo, ideal para familias ya que cuenta con habitaciones tanto doble como con literas. Se encuentra ubicado en el popular barrio de Triana, por lo que cuenta con un entorno lleno de bares donde degustar la gastronomía local, así como de comercios. Hay un paseo muy agradable hasta los puntos turísticos de interés, y también existe muy buena conexión de transporte público hacia dichos destinos, contando con paradas de bus a 50 metros, y parada de Metro a 5 minutos a pie.
