Arbor House

The Arbor house is a 400 sq ft, 1 bedroom separate guest house with a large deck, sunny front room and full kitchen. Parking is right next to it. The dedicated wifi is fast, and the A/C, hot water and heating are all electric. Our property is just outside the city limits (by 100 ft) in a 2.5 acre oasis of shade trees and shrubs. Nothing is far away in this tiny, remote town in the high desert of S.E. Utah, including groceries, gas and movie theater. Private, quiet and restful!

Two bedroom, queen in the master, two singles in the 2nd bedroom, a couch, and a futon. Just like your house, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee pot. Property on 145 acres and mile of Colorado River frontage. Surrounded by thousands of acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Secluded, quiet, and private. Close to Canyonlands, TV room, Full Kitchen, Dining Room, 2 big screen TV's, campfire bowl, sleeps up to 8. Central among more than a dozen state and national parks and monuments, and many ancient ruins.
