Elegantly remodeled! 1 bed, 1 bath first floor condo located d-town Telluride. Condo showcases mountain views with dazzling alpenglow. San Miguel River and trail are just feet from the front door. The kitchen is well outfitted for groups who enjoy cooking and entertaining. The living room has a sectional sofa sleeper, large smart TV and a premium sound system. All new kitchen appliances w/ washer and dryer. The bathroom rivals that of a spa! Pool and hot tub are open for the season 6/1!

Situated just north of Durango, Unit 340 is only a couple of minutes from world class skiing at Purgatory Ski resort and is also right at the start of the breathtaking drive to Silverton. This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo. Lovely little slice of Telluride!

We've re-designed and recently completed a lovely remodel. We've opened up walls, taken out extraneous owner's closets and made it into a much more usable short-term rental. Though the 1 bedroom condo is only 450 square feet, it feels like the perfect amount of space for a 4 person family or a couple and a couple friends. This home boasts one of the best locations in town. 10 min walk to festival grounds entrance. 30 second walk to the river trail. 5 min walk to gondola/slopes or downtown. Amazing views from patio. Its a very quick walk to enjoy all the local eats, galleries, shops and music festivals. Park your car and walk everywhere! Pool/hot tub are being renovated currently and there is roof construction. Gorgeous space to relax after a day of skiing or hiking. An intimate space for those who love to connect with nature. Great for singles or couples wanting to rest & rejuvenate. Stellar views from the quaint back deck. Gorgeous fireplace (with wood supplied), and a jetted tub in a candle lit, spacious bathroom. Kitchenette hosts a full size fridge, microwave, and and a 3 burner stove.
