Very quiet villa with garden and pool to relax

It is a quiet one storey villa with lots of light and panoramic windows in the center of the village of Seville, Burguillos, just 25 minutes drive to the beautiful Andalusian capital. It offers a large green garden, covered with natural grass, with a nice private swimming pool, away from any neighbours' prying eyes, with fruit trees and an ecological kitchen garden. It is a perfect choice for a beautiful holiday full of rest and relaxation after long walking tours. It is a comfortable one storey villa with lots of light and panoramic windows. Has three bedrooms. It offers a veranda and a large green garden, which is covered with natural grass, with a nice private swimming pool, away from any neighbours' prying eyes, for cooling down on hot summer days, with fruit trees (grapes, oranges, plums or pears will be available for you) and an ecological kitchen garden, sun loungers, barbecue, tables and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. The villa is fully furnished and well equipped. It has a spacious living room and dining room. The living room includes a large screen TV and international channels and there is free WIFI throughout the entire property. The villa is rented complete. I give my guests independence, but I am available if they need me. The villa is located in the heart of the village with all amenities. Burguillos has about 6.000 inhabitants, and therefore, it has all the services at its disposal, including many bars and restaurants that can be walked from the house, which is located right in the center of the village. Buses are available every day to the capital.

Ideal for a few days of rest and relaxation in a special and unique setting. It consists of 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms plus toilet next to the pool and laundry room with extra fridge next to the pool. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and the porch is very nice. Includes chill-out area. Wi-Fi, TV; space for one vehicle inside the plot. Barbecue available from October to May. In summer, its use is prohibited due to the risk of fire. Beautiful designer apartment, elegantly decorated with all its high-end furniture. It has 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom with a double bed and another very large bedroom with two single beds. Large living room very comfortable and bright with a balcony overlooking a nice walk. It is located in Alcalá de Rio which is 25 min from the center of Seville and 20 min from the beginning of the Sierra Norte. Ideal place to spend a few days or to live a few months.
