The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. La Locanda has four small houses spread out in a wooded garden. Each has a bedroom with A/C, a bathroom, a kitchen and a winter garden with a wood-burning stove. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by fauna and flora, 500 m from the beach (a 10 min walk). The buildings are handcrafted by their owners, Adri and Tato, with clay interiors and a living roof that provide the interior with good thermal insulation and unique warmth.
