The house is located in Laucala Beach Estate, 10 minute drive from Suva CBD, and 5 minute drive to the Australian and American Consulates during traffic off-peak times. Property is about 15 minutes drive from Nausori International airport. It is also close to all essential service centers, shopping malls and just a minute walk away from the sea shore.
