Our guest suite is beautifully designed, featuring two bedrooms, one with a Queen-size bed, one with two twin beds, a full-size sofa bed in one of the living areas, a Jack and Jill bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table, and two outdoor seating areas with a fire pit and one with BBQ pit, also a cover patio with a TV. Our guest suite is part of our lakefront house in the middle of beautiful evergreens. THE MAIN HOUSE will not be used while you are our guest.

The Wade House

Adorable two story guesthouse nestled less than a block away from historical downtown San Augustine, TX. My grandparents built this charming rental bungalow originally back in 1940. In 2019, the home was completely renovated and modernized in farmhouse/ industrial style. I am so glad to be able to once again welcome guests! The location speaks for itself! Just a few steps away from historic downtown San Augustine, experience this small-town and all it has to offer.
