Valley Schoolhouse & Studio , Värmland, Ölsdalen

A unique chance to live in a beautiful Schoolhouse from the 1880s, located in Värmland. The house is located on a farm and we live next to the Schoolhouse but with a distance that makes it feel private for both. The Schoolhouse has its own private garden and a big porch with a lake view. We arrange different packages of hiking, that includes breakfast, lunch or dinner in an outside setting. Please let us know in advance if you would like to experience the forest in a unique and exclusive way.

Luxury renovated cabin with wood-fired sauna (wood included), fireplace, washing machine, fridge and freezer, crystal chandelier, etc. Well equipped kitchen! Quiet location - see photos! Fiber - fast wifi, boat, fishing, 2 bikes. We want guests rough cleaning - i.e. dishes, empty garbage, and sweep up garbage. Check out 11am and check in after 3pm. If it is not booked, you can come earlier in the day for a small fee - and check out later. Pets are welcome - but not in the bedrooms (carpet).

The cottage stands on our farm with your own secluded garden Uskavi camping a few hundred meters away at walking and boating distance with cafe, lunch restaurant and mini golf. On the property, a cat lives and horses are in paddocks around. Leave the cottage in the same condition as when you arrived.

Kylskåp och frys, spis och mikrovågsugn – eller för den som vill – vedspis. I det kombinerade vardags- och sovrummet finns två enkelsängar, bäddsoffa, tv och kamin att elda i. The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.

Ca 3 mil norrut ligger Klotens fiskevårdsområde. Närhet till Bergslagsleden. Badplatser finns inom närområdet. Avstånd till Stockholm ca 18 mil och till Örebro ca 4.5 mil. I Lindesberg finns tågstation.
