Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and heating, washing machine and everything you need for a comfortable and worry-free stay. Apartamento a pie de calle. The entrance to the apartment is located in a private street, no cars, with independent entrance to the rest of the building. The living room is a large open space where we have a large sofa for you to relax comfortably, a 65"flat TV and several board games to enjoy. The kitchen, open to the living/dining room, has everything you need for a comfortable stay: tableware, wine glasses, pots and pans, oil, vinegar and salt and several small appliances, such as a blender, a toaster, an Italian coffee maker and a capsule machine. In the kitchen is the washing machine; you will also have a clothesline for you to make use of it whenever you need it, however we have a laundry room next to the apartment. The bathroom has a bathtub and all the basic hygiene items, as well as a kit for any small emergency. Independent living room for work, which has a comfortable desk area. In the apartment you will also find a complete guide with all the points of interest of the city, recommendations of bars and restaurants and the different city bus lines, with which we will leave you card totally free so you can move freely around the city. Our apartment is equipped with everything necessary for you to enjoy a comfortable stay, however any request will be accommodated.
