Love Island komt naar Cabo Verde. Oké, niet helemaal waar, maar dit gloednieuwe appartement beschikt over de echte Love Island vibes. A large detached private 4 bedroom villa sleeping up to 8 close to Santa Maria. Situated at the end of a quiet Date Palm lined street and set on 830 SQM of mature enclosed gardens with extensive terraces, balconies and private pool. A large sitting room opens out on to the terraces around the pool with a range of sun beds, loungers and comfortable seating. The house is a 15 mins walk to Ponta Preta beach, 5 mins in a taxi to Santa Maria town and beach, or 7 mins in a taxi to Kite Beach.

Der Strand ist 50 Meter, die nächste Bar/Restaurant 80 Meter, 200 Meter Scooter- und Fahrradverleih, Minimarket 20 Meter, der Zentrum 500 Meter vom Haus entfernt.

The apartment is located in the beach front residence Porto Antigo 2 with an amazing view over the Santa Maria Beach. From the balcony you can see the pier which is a great attraction on the island. But you don't just have sea view only - you are right in front of the beach. The residence itself is also very close to the town center with one parallel street between. So you have beach and island life with bars and restaurants well combined.
