Studio de 32m2 avec grande terrasse, il se trouve dans l'enceinte du beau village de Vianne, au calme et à deux pas des commerces. La nouvelle piste cyclable est toute proche. Des places de stationnement gratuites sont à 1 min de marche. Depuis la chambre vous aurez une vue sur la rivière Baïse et les péniches, et depuis la terrasse une vue sur le jardin. L'accès au studio se fait par une porte au fond de notre jardin (coffre à clés). Draps, serviettes de bain et linge de maison fournis 🙂

In the middle of nature yet just a short walk from a local baker, shop and even a traditional English pub ! We also have beautiful gardens - Les Jardins du Clapiera - our guests have free entry.

The gite, stone built, is on one level with wide doors, making it wheelchair accessible. 5 mins from two of the most beautiful villages in France and many other historic villages and châteaux nearby. Includes all the necessary comforts you'd need, including a welcome pack on arrival.

Lovely apartment on the Colombier Haut property, situated on a hilltop in a quiet cul de sac with beautiful surrounding countryside views. This self-contained apartment is separate to the main property where the owners live all year round. The 36m² apartment boasts a double ensuite, lounge & kitchen with its own balcony. The lounge sofa unfolds into a double bed. In the secluded garden is a 10m x5m pool with roman end and alarm that can be used from June to September. Brick built bbq.
