Relax in this quiet and stylish space. New and equipped single-storey studio of approximately 22 m2. Located in the immediate vicinity of the racecourse, 1 km from the beach, the train station and 800m from the market street. It has an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a double bed 140X190 as well as a small garden. The studio is attached to our primary residence. Access and the courtyard are independent, privatized and dedicated to guests. Linens and bath towels provided.

We suggest you come and stay in this beautiful fully equipped and charming T2. A separate room can accommodate up to 4 beds (bed in 90*200 and bed in 160). The main room consists of a kitchenette, a table and a BZ in 160. Great for families. On the program: SPA (7 seater jacuzzi) and a 4 seater sauna... You will also have access to the heated swimming pool (29° C) and covered by a dome. (mid March to the end of October) Many services are available on request.
