Situated in a quiet area of Marsaskala, this modern airconditioned maisonette offers tranquillity, relaxation and calm. The crystal clear Mediterranean sea is enough to urge you to go for a dip in summer or for a walk along the cliffs during our mild winters. The house is next by the sea and the rocky beach is only a couple of steps (literally!) away, which would allow you to go for a swim and come back up in a matter of minutes. In Winter, the same steps will lead you to a spectacular sunrise.

This is a private studio apartment with its own private elevated entrance (10 stairs). It is served with private shower, kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, breakfast table and air-conditioning. The property has just been renovated.
