Lovely house ((50m2) close to shops, the beach, and the train station. Put your bags down, you no longer need to take the car! You will appreciate this place for its calm, because this pretty little house is protected at the bottom of a alley with a pretty south-facing garden, enclosed by walls. It consists of a ground floor bedroom with a 140 bed. A mezzanine ( ** miller's ladder, not suitable for young children) with two 90 beds, and a shower room.

Breathtaking view of Quiberon Bay from the entrance to the studio! Peaceful and refreshing environment. Enjoy meals on the semi-covered terrace (east/southeast) with a fenced garden, it allows you to take all meals a large part of the year. The studio is in a small collective, access is through an outdoor hall, the terrace is isolated from the neighborhood. The beach (200 m) is directly accessible via a path. Amenities are a 5-minute walk away.

Our studio is bright, south-facing with a spacious terrace and sea view. The kitchen was completely redone in 2018. The closet bed is good quality bedding. Shops are a 5-minute walk away. You'll love our place because of its brightness, comfortable bed, location, bathtub, exceptional view, and beautiful terrace. Our place is perfect for couples. We have a parking space. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator access.
