We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

We invite you to stay in our beautiful villa, recently built in early 2024. You will find all the comforts possible as well as the services of our private concierge. Our family has thought of this place for short, medium, or long stays. We appreciate the idea of hosting you at our "Villa des Arts" and trust you to use it. The house is ideally located between exit 1 and 1.1 of the A62 motorway.

We offer this 21m2 studio adjoining our house; it consists of an entrance, a separate bedroom and a separate bathroom. It is possible to enjoy a shared terrace, weather permitting.
