This cottage, officially classified 3 stars by the tourist office, with heated swimming pool from mid-April, is ideal for relaxing with family or friends. Many activities if you are in search of nature, like the sea and the countryside, history, water sports, walking and mountain biking. Ideal also for teleworking. Everything is available for entertainment, in the cottage and on the property. The property is fully fenced.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from 26 June to 6 September.

This luxury cottage of 240 m2 is arranged on the ground floor of a very large villa built in 1976, formerly owned by a rich industrialist of the "thirty glorious".
