Come and enjoy a small brand new studio in my house. This one is suitable for business travel, or to come and discover the region. Located in a quiet area, with Nantes and St Nazaire about 35 minutes away. The nearest beaches are 7km away and Pornic is 10 minutes away. The accommodation is very comfortable, with the small accuracy that the bathroom/wc is small (under stairs) and without a sink.
