On the 3rd floor, without elevator access, with a final staircase that's a little steep, but once you arrive you will be won over! Villa Théo is nestled on more than 2 hectares of land overlooking the Tarn. The estate is composed of 5 houses dating from the 15th to the 18th century. Situated less than 100 metres from the GR "Au fil du Tarn" and less than 40 minutes from Albi, it is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet during your holidays. Your Villa Théo for 4 persons will be composed of a living room/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and a private garden area where you can enjoy the sunrise!

In the heart of one of Albi's iconic neighborhoods, you will be seduced by the vault of 26. Atypical and warm apartment, this T1-bis combines charm and practicality. In a quiet area, 2 steps from the majestic cathedral, you will stay in 40 m2, fully equipped and will be close to all amenities and many tourist places in Albi. Nearby parking: you'll find free spaces at the bottom of the Bondidou parking lot. Don't hesitate, book your stay under the Vault of 26.

Chez Federico et Pierre: the trapper's refuge

Small house of 6m2 with covered terrace and large hanging relaxation net, perched in the middle of the trees in a quiet setting. First human presence (we!) 200m away: you will be alone in the middle of the woods. The walking access for 300m has a steep slope part. Coffee and tea are available. We offer homemade meals. Bedding provided, towels not provided. Communication via Airbnb, because the phone does not pick up well from us (in the cabin it's good).

🌊 Welcome "Between river and bamboo"! 🎍 30m2 cottage in the middle of a 1200m2 wooded plot and hundred-year-old trees. 🐟 A private waterfront dock surrounded by bamboo will give you a moment of relaxation or fishing. 15 🤩 minutes from the episcopal city of Albi (Unesco classified). 🐾 Our animal friends are welcome and will be very happy on the fenced-in grounds. 😎 A large terrace awaits you with its barbecue in the shade of a large cherry tree.

The 35 m2 gîte is located at the southern end of our property. It has a separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, an equipped kitchen with sitting area (approximately 12 m2), a bedroom with a 160 double bed, office area and an en-suite bathroom. The accommodation is comfortable and bright. It overlooks a large garden and vegetable garden. It belongs to the peace of a village while being close to urban life. Self check-in in case of absence of the owners.
