You just have to cross the road to reach the large beach of Saint Georges: water sports center, restaurants, shop, Mickey Club, bike path. Royan 5 minutes by car. 15 minutes by bike. Meschers. Talmont. Mornac Studio 20 m2 (partially renovated). Cleaning is your responsibility, I do the floor washing.

Apartment located on the second floor of a small residence. It benefits from a prime location, as it is located 300 m from La Grande Conche beach. The apartment was fully renovated in the spring of 2023 and all its amenities are new. The main bed is located on the mezzanine, and the second bed is in the living room. The balcony is particularly nice. You will have a dedicated parking space within the residence (suitable for a car-type vehicle).

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you but you can also come without a vehicle, the train station is 15-20' walk or 10' by bus (line 12 Lido stop or line 14 Zola stop).
