Spacious newly renovated three bed gite with large pool, a very large enclosed garden and spectacular views over the Gironde estuary and their protected marshland all the way to the sea at Royan. The house is private, calm and to the inland side surrounded by Cognac vineyards. There is a BBQ and al fresco dining area which overlook the estuary. The garden is very large with both open grassy spaces and tranquil areas beneath mature trees. Restaurants and a supermarket are all within easy reach

Shops 5 min, swimming in the Charente 15 min, ocean 40 min, Cognac 30 min, distillery 10 m, forest walk 300 m. Great for exploring the Charente-Maritime.
