It is located at a mom and pop boat yard, which is quite different from a fancy marina. Work happens here. Metal is welded here. Engines are torn apart and put back together here. We built this ultramodern cabin to be an energy-efficient retreat for you to enjoy after biking, hiking, snowmobiling, or otherwise exploring this beautiful area. You’ll love viewing a sunrise through two story windows in the main living space or warming up by the fireplace. Located a 1/2 mile away from the Cuyuna mountain bike trail system Yawkey trails. 1/2 to the beach, 2 mi. to Crosby. It is the only house on the street, on seven acres. Great privacy!

Visit our updated, cedar lined cabin on Long lake! The main level has a kitchen, living area, dining area, 1 bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms. The downstairs "game room" with darts, a foosball table, and a big screen TV. Enjoy the hot tub overlooking Long lake! Relax and detoxify in the brand new infrared sauna. Feel like you are sitting in a tree house while you enjoy the screen porch overlooking the serene lake. Cozy up by the real wood fireplace. Pets welcome for a $90 fee.

The Cardinal Cabin

Our cozy cabin is located under tall pine trees on a beautiful, northern lake where loons and eagles frequent. Wood Lake is easily commutable - 80 miles from the Twin Cities. Swim and fish off the dock or pontoon during the day, and sit in front of the stone fireplace at night. The Cabin has been completely remodeled, with a modern kitchen and new furnishings. It is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi with access to many streaming services. The Cardinal Cabin is the perfect lakeside retreat!

Built as a winter or summer escape for a couple or small group, this beautiful four season cabin is a great way to experience the Northwoods of Wisconsin in a modern, well-appointed, aesthetically rich space designed with relaxation in mind. Cabin is brand new as of January 2024. Host is 14 year "superhost" This is a default "no pets" cabin, however certain sizes and breeds are allowed by permission only. Your front door is on a quiet road that ends in a natural boat launch, convenient to the home’s beach on North Lindstrom Lake.
