Palm View Residence is a quiet, familiar and guarded place 300 meters from the main road. There are some nice restaurants and shops (7-Eleven, 24h) within 800 meters. More restaurants, pubs, banks, ATM's, dive shops, gyms, shops, etc are located at/around Alona Beach. THERE IS NO FOOD TO BUY IN THE RESORT ITSELF!

Lovely, big house with swimming pool, big terraces and large garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 couples/families who want to relax. The std rate is for max 7 persons, but we will allow 10 (ask price). Quiet area. The house is located in Alburquerque about 15 min (13 km) from Tagbilaran City. The plot borders the sea! Built 2012. 30 minutes from Panglao/Alona/Airport and close to all Bohol's touristspots. 3 bedrooms with A/C, 3 bathrooms with shower (2 with HOT water). 220 sqm. Very clean pool. Welcome!

Our home is perfect for working remotely with a high-speed internet of +- 1Gbps (with 80% reliability ) according to our ISP. We've also installed solar panels to keep you powered up, even during outages (hybrid solar)
