Quiet and independent accommodation

In a quiet hamlet in the countryside, we offer a single-storey accommodation located in one end of our house, which can accommodate 3 people. (a 180 x 200 bed composed of two beds that can be separated on request, and a sofa bed) With a total area of 38 m2, very well equipped, with a garden area with direct access. You can park directly in front of the accommodation. Bikes are available to enjoy the many walks nearby. Linens and hand towels provided.

The colourful studio is located on the ground floor of our 19th century house, with a separate entrance. The studio overlooks the shared garden which you can enjoy. There are tables for eating outside in the shade of the palm trees. The studio is very quiet, not overlooked. To access it, read the arrival guide carefully;=) You are responsible for cleaning... or you can choose the cleaning package for an additional €20, to be requested when booking.

Gîte de Laudence charm,nature

My place is surrounded by multicenter trees of ancient roses and hydrangeas in a property dating from the 18th century 4 km from the town of Nort sur Erdre and its train station , 30 minutes from Nantes ,close to the canal from Nantes to Brest ideal for hikers on foot or by bike ,fishermen, canoe rides...many circuits in the area. Summer school holidays: weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Outside vacation: Minimum 2 nights rental.

Independent accommodation in the center of town

Welcome to the heart of the village of Nozay in the Loire-Atlantique . We welcome you to a fully renovated accommodation that is located in an annex independent of our dwelling, garden side. So you will be completely self-sufficient for your comings and goings. Outside, parking is free. The village is dynamic and has many shops and restaurants. Please note that we are church square, the bells ring from 7am to 10pm.

We welcome you to this cozy cottage, ideal for a family or small group of friends up to 4 people (and an additional child, baby equipment possible on request), looking for the outdoors and conviviality.

La Huche – Country House

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.

Rental house of 45m2, 2 rooms with garden for 4 people. Access and almost private garden. This cottage in a stone farmhouse is adjoining and independent of our main home. There is one bedroom with 1 double bed on the ground floor and the other upstairs bedroom has 2 single beds. The space has been refurbished this year.
