Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Welcome to the house by the sea. The 40-square-meter house offers all amenities. Such as dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, stove, A/C TV, etc. One bedroom with two beds and a sofa bed. Walking distance to swimming and nature. Furnished balcony. To Stenungsund's center with shops and restaurants, it takes about 10 minutes by car. Excellent location for day trips such as Gothenburg, Smögen, Tjörn, Orust, etc. The cottage is connected to the main building. Bed linens are included in the final price, Pets are not allowed.

Stay at a horse farm with horses and sheep right at your doorstep. The small house is equipped with a bathroom, shower, made double bed, fresh towels, kitchen with fridge and everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay. Welcome to a stylish seaside escape with ocean views, a wood‑fired hot tub and sauna – designed for peace and relaxation. Guests enjoy complimentary access to the beach, jetty, kayaks and floating sauna in a secluded natural setting. The Black House features two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The house is priced for two guests. When booking for 5–6 guests, a separate guest house is also included, providing extra comfort and privacy.

Attefallshus in peaceful Svanvik

Newly-built attic house in quiet and natural Svanvik Hagen, close to Varekil on Orust, on Sweden's west coast. Here are beautiful views and proximity to nature. With a short 10-minute walk, you can reach the Stigfjorden sea and a nature reserve, perfect for relaxing and exploring nature. Here you will find a beautiful main building and an Attefall house, both surrounded by a garden and a large patio with balconies.

Cabin on Orust

Now we rent out our beloved summer cottage in Säckebäck on Orust. We have a house of approximately 60 sqm with open kitchen and two bedrooms. The balcony at the back is wonderful with afternoon and evening sun. On the front, you can enjoy the morning sun. The sea and a nice swimming area can be reached with a 10-minute walk. You can also take the car to the sea. Sheets, shower towels and cleaning are included.

Lyckebo

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with sea views and close to the beach (150 m) and forest. The cottage (30 m2) was built in 2020 and can accommodate 2 people. The nearest store is 5 minutes by car. You need a car to easily get to different places and activities on Orust and Tjörn. Stenungsund is the nearest major city, about 15 minutes by car.
