You have lots of storage as well as 2 bathrooms. Close to everything! The subway is walking distance as well as the river and restaurants. The airport it´s just 5 min away.

Apartment converted into a 38m2 studio, renovated 2 years ago. It is my own home that I renovated with great affection. I rent at certain times and stay with family. It's just 5 minutes to the train. Supermarket, restaurants, bike path, pharmacy, laundry, all within a 2-minute walk. 4 km from Oriente with transport links to the entire country. 4.5 km from the airport but without noise. It is located on the 4th floor without an elevator, not being suitable for people with limited mobility.
