My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

There is a Keurig coffee pot and we provide coffee and creamer. There is a small fridge stocked with waters. A BBQ pit outside for grilling. Inside we do provide a small hotplate and microwave. There is a fish cleaning station and a floating dock. The Community boat launch is 200 yards away.

Area outside is spacious and can fit boats to turn around easily without backing up. Has high speed fiber wifi and cable. House is furnished with basic cooking supply, plates, cups. High quality mattress with luxurious pillows. Soft and comfy towels. Great spot to spend some time with your loved one!
