Customs and culture

Stay off the Golf Course unless you are playing golf

The Golf Course is not a Park. Do not walk, jog or play on the golf course. The golf course is for golf only.
Customs and culture

TRASH disposal

All Trash must be bagged and placed in the Bearicade metal bin in the driveway. Excess trash disposed of at the Beech Mountain Recycling Center on Beech Mountain Parkway by The Brick Oven. Wildlife will tear into trash. NEVER use a neighbor's can! Tuesday and Friday early morning is our scheduled pick up days, flag must be up for trash pickup.

BRING bath towels & toiletries

We do not provide bath towels and toiletries. You bring your own.
Getting around

Inclement weather

The state DOT treats and plows Beech Mtn Pkwy to the resort. The Town Public Works plows and treats all other roads. 4WD/Chains are recommended during Winter, required if the sign lights at the base of the mountain are flashing.
