Walk, jog, or rent CitiBikes and cruise the main road around the park (no cars!), about 3 miles. There's also a lot of less traveled paths in the middle of the park, the LeFrak Center for ice / roller skating, and tons of free events (music, movies, yoga, etc) during the summer.
