The Chicago Diner is a famous restaurant right at the end of the block. Their slogan is "Meat Free Since '83" - however, it is a great place to eat, even if you aren't vegan/vegetarian. There is something there for everyone!!

The Art Institute of Chicago is one of the best museums in the world (as rated by tourists on Tavelocity). As an art historian, it is also one of Ann Marie's favorite museums in the world. The permanent collection here features some of the most iconic artworks in the world, and their rotating and temporary exhibits are also very impressive.

Lincoln Park Zoo is in walking distance, and it is a great place to go for the day, or for just a long walk. The Zoo is free for everyone, and it just kind of pops up out of nowhere. The Zoo also has some new exhibits that are well worth checking out!

Unabridged Bookstore is our favorite neighborhood bookstore. They always have the book you're looking for, and some that you didn't even know you needed. The staff is also incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and they can always recommend a good read.

Parks & Nature
The Conservatory is a great place to visit on a long walk. It is free for the public and it is located right next to Lincoln Park Zoo. It is very relaxing and peaceful, and it would be a shame to walk by without at least stopping in.
