Great local spot for breakfast or lunch. This is Stickboy Bread's sister shop and has bagels, breakfast pastries, coffee and salads. Get it to go or stick around the shop - it's often pretty busy though.

Delicious southwest inspired food! Make sure to try one of the boats and the sweet potato fries! Oh and the sangria is pretty awesome, too!

Great spot for drinks or dinner. Not too fancy, but definitely a little more upscale than most of the restaurants in Boone. Great food and a nice spot - walk around the Blowing Rock park and then meander over to dinner.

Great food - creative local, seasonal fare. Not ideal for families, but we have taken our 2 year old and it wasn't tooooo bad. Great ambience and nice outdoor seating, too.

Yummy brunch! But make sure you go early - it gets super crowded and the wait can be upwards of an hour if you don't get there before the crowd. Stuffed french toast or the eggs benedict are my faves.

Great local spot specializing in unique burritos and tacos. I personally love the chicken nachos add pineapple and extra queso. It's definitely a hole in the wall kind of place and has kind of a grungy-hip feel. Not the best place for conversation as it can be loud, but the tacos are worth it!

Love this place! The sushi is great (try the Mile High and the Burning Man or the Sunshine roll for something light and fresh!) and it has a great put-together, sophisticated vibe for our small mountain town. Also has a nice bar and is one of the few places in town that is open late (that is not a full on college bar scene).

After 11 the restaurant closes and they open up the dance floor. Pool tables and outdoor seating make this a fun spot. Definitely a college hotspot, but still fun every once and a while.
