The best pizza in town! Great vegetarian and vegan dining and love that it's dog-friendly as well. We love the Angel's Landing and Something Special Pizza. (They have a great gluten free crust as well.)

Absolutely divine pastries, coffee, and meals. If we could afford to we would eat there every day. The long lines are worth it! Try the Belgian Mocha, the vegetarian savory danish, or the kouign amann...

The owner and inspiration behind Kanab Creek Bakery has opened Vermillion 45. They serve delicious home style French dishes, as well as seafood and steaks. There's plenty of wonderful options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free as well. This place is a favorite of ours for both a meal or just coffee and a delectable dessert.

This famous permit only hike is well worth the wait and lottery process! If you haven’t won a permit online you can try in person at the local BLM office starting at about 8:30am most mornings. If you get the permit...prepare for an amazing hike to some out of this world rock formations. If you don’t get this permit, we highly recommend trying the South Coyote Buttes permit (at 10am). Four-wheel drive is needed but this huge area is epic to explore.
