There is a second ferry landing at Brännö Husvik where one can take the boat to some of the surrounding islands. Check for schedule at the Vasttrafik app.

A nature preservation and an island by itself that can be reached through a small stone bridge from Brännö. Take a hike out and enjoy sand beaches, grazing sheep and many different birds. There are designated sites for BBQing. Hike all the way out to the other side and you will have the granite rocks by yourself and an open ocean.

The museum is rarely open, but one can have a peak through the window.
