Lovely beach with two carparks which are located close by. The cafe at Trevone Bay has a great almost 'apres ski' vibe with supercool music and serves great food. Pizzas in the evening with a glass of Cornish cider and watching the sunset is a real treat. Walk along the coast path to see the blow hole and also the Sea Pool at low tide. Great rock pooling too.

Beautiful, big and rarely busy this beach has sand dunes and rock pools and very safe and still has plenty of room at high tide. One of our favourite beaches but please note there are no toilets or cafes ! Easiest way to get there is to drive which only takes 10 minutes from the house. Use postcode PL28 8HW and take signs to Crugmeer and Hawkers Cove. You will see a sign on the right for parking which takes you into a field. £3 cash fee. To get to the beach from parking area walk downhill on a track and follow the coastpath to your left. Look out for a fallen tree then turn right along a sandy path which takes you to the start of the beach. Takes about 5 mins walk from the carpark downhill and a bit longer getting back as uphill ! Note - carpark is only open during summer months. You can park on the road if it's shut. Alternatively you can walk north along the coastpath from Padstow. This would take you around 30 minutes from the house.
