Food Scene

Sedona has a lot of fine dining options and great food (often at a price). If you're looking for cheaper eats it might be worth heading to Old Town Cottonwood and trying some of the restaurants there.
Nice, local Thai restaurant, just minutes from the house, good prices and great food. They do takeout too.

High end Mexican food. Expensive ($20-$30 for main), but a real treat. This place has amazing views if you can get out on the patio. They don't take reservations and you'll need to get their early (4:30pm) to join the line and get a good seat (unless you don't mind waiting an hour and drinking cocktails!) but it's worth it. Go here for a special occasion - you will not be disappointed!

We love this restaurant because: - The food is excellent - The prices are great - It's open late (which is rare here!) - It's not touristy - Best burgers in Sedona. They often have music late - check out their facebook page!

Amazing food, beautiful scenery, best coffee in the area! Great place to go if you're heading to Flagstaff on 89a, or before hiking the West Fork trail. Be warned - the canyon can get crazy traffic during peak season.

Nice spot to see the sunset. Can get crowded. Parking is $5, but if you go further down the road you can park at the airport for free and walk back. Airport mesa grill is also there and has good drink selections and nice outside seating to watch the small planes.

Amazing views. Weird little town set on the side of the mountain and well worth a visit. Used to be a mining town but now a tourist stop. Don't eat at Haunted Hamburger...it's not that great. Try The Mine Cafe, or the BBQ restaurant next door instead. The Jerome Grand Hotel has a restaurant in it called Asylum which is good choice for lunch - dinner is pricey.

We like to take 'Coconino' trail from here to 'Slim Shady' and then 'Made in the Shade'. You don't have to walk very far at all on this trail to see amazing views of Bell Rock and the Village of Oak Creek.
