Just up the street! Beautiful hike.
Gorgeous hike, especially in the spring when the snow is melting and the falls are raging! You don't have to travel far up the trail to see the sights, and can continue on if looking for more hiking.

About 35 minutes north of us, (easy, lovely drive) beautiful lake and surrounding area. In winter, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling. In summer, camping, boating, mountain biking, trails, nature hikes and activities at the Steamboat Lake Visitor's Center. Historic Hahn's Peak Village, museum, or hike Hahn's Peak. On the way there, stop by the Clark Store for lunch (and ice cream in the summer months)!
