Go to western Prince Edward Island for a day trip. While there be sure to eat at the Alberton Bakery - some say the best place to eat on Prince Edward Island - food is good at a good price. While in Alberton continue south on Main Street about 2 km till you get to the wharfs at Northport - if you're still hungry you can eat at the old boat shop restaurant. Incredible views down there. While in West Prince go to the Canadian Potato Museum, West Point Lighthouse, North Cape Wind Test Site, and if you love old Churches go to St. Simon St. Jude Church in Tignish.
