City advice

What to pack

Sunscreen, Kayak, Rain Jacket (seasonal) Fishing pole

We are located near the tip of a 21 mile river (Cotee)) that leads to the Gulf of Mexico. You can view both the gulf and the river from our dock. Our community is golf cart friendly. There are lots of restaurants, tiki bars and live music within walking distance. We also have a casino boat that goes out twice day. You can rent a pontoon boat or kayak nearby. There is a small beach 1 mile away known as Robert R Kees Park aka Green Key Beach. Visit downtown New Port Richey & Sims Park for great sightseeing, restaurants, breweries, and shops.
