Great waterfall with huge Banyon trees surrounding area. The falls can be raging or calm. The legend of Hina, the moon goddess of the Polynesians, lived in a great open cave, over which the falls hung their misty, rainbow-tinted veil. Her son Maui, the mighty demi-god of Polynesia, supposed by some writers to be the sun-god of the Polynesians. Free, mostly not too touristy

This rock is not ordinary. The 7,000 lbs. Naha Stone was brought over by canoe from Kauai. The stone made or broke potential Kings. Think Excaliber and the stone. The Naha stone is said to have magical powers. The Legend says whoever was able to move it would be the first King of the Hawaiian islands. King Kamehameha at 14 (he was 7'0 foot) decided to move the stone and after many attempts on the same day was able to move the rock and become the King. If he would have failed it would meant death King Kamehameha the Great unified all the islands under his monarchy.
