You can enjoy a walk towards Southbourne and pop up the zig zags to Cafe Riva or further along Bistro on the Beach. If you are full on energy then why not carry on to Hengistbury Head, look out for the polar bear!

Fabulous views, walk over this place and down to the famous beach huts, there are train rides, a boat taxi, fish eating places, pub etc. over this way. Get your walking feet on, also of course beaches. Don't forget the visitor centre here too and the cafe.
