Perhaps THE best steakhouse in Baltimore. While dinner in the dining room can be pricy, you can get the same service, food and atmosphere at the bar (order from the bar menu). A wonderful "old school" establishment.

CVS is our nearest (and newest) pharmacy. Interesting factoid…. In the 30’s and 40’s the building was the home of the “Hippo Club” a popular dinner dance club. Even more interesting factoid… prior to its latest conversion, the building housed “The Hippo,” a popular gay dance club. Many patrons still half expect to see a disco ball drop out of the ceiling while perusing the Allergy and Cold isle.

Drinks & Nightlife

Voted a top 10 brewpub by many national magazines. Four distinct areas to match your mood... upstairs front bar is the place to see and be seen, the lounge upstairs has a great fireplace for the winter months and the upstairs restaurant has fine dining... hang like the locals and skip the front door, instead go in the nondescript basement entrance to the downstairs rathskeller.
