There is a nice café in the Art Museum in the middle of Klambratún park. It's open from 10-17. We specially recommend the quiche with smoked salmon. Very good cakes as well.

Beautiful building at the top of Öskjuhlíð hill. It's built on top of the city watertanks. The building hosts a very nice museum called "The wonders of Iceland". There is an interesting artificial hot spring outside. Great View of the city from the balcony. Entrance to the balcony is 500 kr.
