If you gotta have starbucks (I am sometimes guilty, btw) its in the center of town. But, you might try Cowboy Coffee just across the square for something a little different and local

Decor is fun - log cabin like, western, lots of wildlife on the walls. Its a pretty good steakhouse, with lots of wild game on the menu. This is a place to be a little adventurous. Reservations and a fat wallet required.

The Aspen's market offers a surprising large selection of groceries at pretty good prices, all things considered. It also has nice (somewhat pricey) fresh-made deli sandwiches and good soups.
