Food scene

Great wine bar/restaurant that has a nice happy hour scene. Happy Hour is 5-630pm. During the busy season there will be a line outside waiting for it to open up.

Ways to save

Beaver Creek Parking

If you are two or more people and have a car, it is easier and more cost effective to park at the Bear or Elk lot since it is only $10 a day. From there you just take the shuttle up the mountain.

Free Vail Parking

If you are parking for the day to go ski or ride Vail, find of these spots so you don't have to pay $40. They open up at 7am and you need to get there early. But if you do it is a easy free bus ride to the resort. My favorite free spot it on North Frontage road in front of Safeway. Ski/Snowboard for cheap at Ski Cooper

Vail and Beaver Creek are really expensive to ski/snowboard at especially if you are new to the sport. If you are a beginner you can go to Ski Cooper for much less money and have a great day.
